Praise God in your sadness
He’ll turn sadness to joy
Praise the Most High for your table
Praise Him for your food
Praise Him for your stomach,
Even if it is empty
Praise God for power
Praise Him for hope
Praise His victory
Praise in your wealth
Sing of riches though
Pockets you have not
Praise Him for removing doubt
Thank Him for your blessings
Sing a song of gladness
